breakfast - smoothie (blueberries, whey protein powder, 1% milk, natural yogurt, handful of spinach) = 364 cals
lunch - leftover chicken parmesan and a whole yellow bell pepper (faav veg) = 323
snacks throughout the day - handful of almonds, more leftover chicken (i was so hungry), piece of dark chocolate, tsp of crunchy peanut butter = 351
dinner - homemade chicken noodle soup = 142
TOTAL:...
150!
YEAH, 150 cals burned on my day off exercising in the wiifit
(totally does not count as exercising, so im following my rules)
wii fit says im a healthy weight, but it got mad at me for not being on in like 245 days.. and gaining some weight..

laaaazy sunday.
doing good on my first cal day,
and since sunday is my exercise day break, im just chillaxing.
finished all the greek episodes that are out, helped dad cook some chicken noodle soup for dinner, painted my nails purple, and nooow i shall play wii fit.
since i havent been on wii fit in forever.. and at least im not just sitting on my bum, im burning SOME cals..

fam is going to mexico on the 14th of march,
that gives me 6 whole weeks, to lose 10 pounds.
easy said, easy done.
intake - 1200 healthy cals a day
exercise - mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and fridays i have basketball practice from 4:15 - 5:30 (estimated 300 + cals burned)
tuesday nights after bball i go to lifesaving from...
sooo.
i am debating starting up this tumblr again, cause my other one is going no where,
and i miss you guys, and how supportive and inspirational you all are.
